We are committed to protecting your privacy. We maintain a strict no-logs policy and do not store any transaction data, IP addresses, or personal information. 5. Fees and Payments

Service fees are clearly displayed before transaction initiation:

• • Standard mixing fee: 0.5% - 5% (user selectable)
• • Ricochet enhancement: Additional fee per hop
• • Network fees are separate and not controlled by Mixero
• • All fees are deducted from the output amount

6. Service Limitations

Please be aware of the following service limitations:

7. Letter of Guarantee

Each transaction includes a cryptographically signed Letter of Guarantee. This document serves as proof of service and can be used to contact support in case of issues. Please save this document as we cannot regenerate it after the mixing process is complete.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or complete anonymization. Users assume all risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions and privacy requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mixero's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific transaction in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Prohibited Uses

Our services may not be used for:

• • Processing stolen or illegally obtained cryptocurrency
• • Violating sanctions or regulatory restrictions
